SIMPLE ENERGY BOOKKEEPING

Regular monthly record of energy consumption, the calculation of basic indicators (electricity consumption per employee, consumption of energy in dependency of the average outdoor temperature, water consumption per employee, etc.) and comparison of the consumption data with data from previous periods. Based on the differences we can begin to look for the causes and reduce excessive use. In this way, we eliminate the mistakes and the excessive use of energy, but we do not reduce the primary energy performance of building.

COMPUTER AIDED ENERGY BOOKKEEPING

It includes a control system, automatic capture and archiving of data and the comparison with the reference values with data from previous periods, and immediate corrective action (eg. decrease/increase the indoor temperature, shutting down systems that are not in use, etc.). Such systems are expensive, and before the implementation of the project, it is necessary to perform an analysis of costs and benefits.
